The Audi A1 Sportback combines the small manoeuvrability of a city hatchback with the durability of a five-door. Audi is synonymous with luxury and high specification and the clean body lines give the A1 Sportback its unique style. The petrol engine options range from comfortable and quiet to the outlandish, the Audi A1 is the perfect choice if you are looking for a compact Sportback with a high-end feel.
Due to All Car Leasing's long-standing partnership with Audi dealers nationwide we are pleased to offer some of the very best Audi A1 Sportback personal lease deals and business leases available from today.
The first generation of the Audi A1 came in 2010, which seems such a long time ago now for a vehicle that has a reputation for being modern. Initially, it was only available as a three dour hatchback before the five-door "Sportback" was later added in 2012. It uses the Audi PQ25 platform which it shares with the SEAT Ibiza, Volkswagen Polo, Skoda Rapid and later the SEAT Toledo and lastly the mk3 Fabia.
In 2018, the Audi A1 second generation arrived which are the A1 lease deals you can see on the website today. Once again, it shares the same platform as the Volkswagen Polo and the SEAT Ibiza. The biggest change with the second generation is that all Audi A1 models are now petrol five-door configurations along with the usual exterior changes and interior improvements which you can view in our gallery. Manual and automatic gearboxes are available.
According to figures, the Audi A1 has sold over 754,000 units between 2010 and 2018 which proves just how popular and in demand premium urban hatchbacks are. Audi has made attaining their brand much more affordable with the A1 making it the smallest and cheapest lease next to the Q2 and the A3 – the A1 is also a lot easier to drive in urban areas making it an ideal city car and motorway driving hybrid.
The Audi A1 is a premium subcompact hatchback available only as a five-door petrol engine. It is an ideal car for those looking for a small luxurious car for short to medium range journeys – an example would be for those who regularly drive in urban/suburban areas with the occasional motorway jaunt. However, with the introduction of the 35 and 40 TFSI engines the new A1 is still a good option for those looking for a hot-ish hatch now that the S1 is unavailable.
Performance aside, the A1 is almost uncontested as the most premium luxury supermini in its segment and if comfort and modern features are what you're after in a car of this size then an A1 car leasing deal is the best option for you.
