Why lease a Kia?

Kia Motors is the second largest vehicle manufacturer in South Korea. Originally founded in 1944, and named the Kyungsung Precision Industry, it was a hand manufacturer of steel tubing and bicycle parts, it wasn’t until the 50s, 60s and 70s that their production line started to include motorcycles, trucks and cars.

Kia cars have won 20 different awards over the past 5 years and for all sorts of things such as Ultra Low Carbon emissions award and Best Crossover award, which have been given across the Kia range, which is pretty amazing if you think about where they were on the market a decade ago.

So what's new this year?

the all-new design Sportage 4x4 Crossover which is very popular due to its quality build, large size yet good fuel economy and competitive price. Starting from a mere £18,000 you get as standard features like Bluetooth with Voice Recognition and Music Streaming as well as Air conditioning, cruise control and 16" alloy wheels. Depending on the model you choose you will get varying power results, but keeping with the entry model which has a 1.6-litre petrol engine and can achieve a top speed of 113mph with 130bhp and a 0-62mph in 11.1 seconds. For an entry-level model, these specifications are a little surreal, especially when in combined mode this car can get 42.2mpg on fuel.

Also available is the Kia Cee'd GT which is the sporty version of the well known Cee'd model. The design itself is brilliant, with 18" alloy wheels, a choice of 4 bright paint colours, Speed & Multifunction LCD Full-colour display with GT Performance Mode, Ice Cube LED daytime running lights and Red Brake Calipers. Inside you get Recaro Front seats and part-leather upholstery throughout. This model starts from only £23,610, which is reasonable. The Cee'd GT has 201bhp which gets it from 0-62mph in 7.3 seconds with a top speed of 143mph. Nice.

Reasons to lease a Kia

Not only are these cars cheap to begin with, they also come with Kias famous 7 year Warranty, which means when you lease one, even if you lease it for 4 years, any repairs or breakdowns will be covered under this so you don't have to pay anything, which gives you that extra piece of mind.

As well as that, Kia cars are reviewed by customers through Reevoo, an independent review site, which has given all but 2 cars in the range 9 out of 10, the Sorento 8.9 and the Venga 8.8 out of 10. These ratings are based on hundreds and thousands of customer reviews so there is a large representation that gives a good result.

Below are summarised reasons to lease a Kia.

  • Exceptional value for money on the whole range, for both Business and Personal use
  • Built with quality assurance and a 7-year warranty so you don't need to worry about reliability or costly repairs
  • Stunning design on both interior and exterior with unique 'Ice Cube' LED daytime running lights which really make the cars stand out
  • Fantastic on emissions and fuel economy much of the Kia range is within the A-C emissions brackets which means less road tax duty to pay.
  • Kia has a large range of affordable cars, all slightly different from one another, so there is a great choice to meet your needs
  • Have a good look at the range and use the tools provided under each of the model tabs to help you decide which of our Kia leasing deals is right for you.
