Order Process

If you need information about our deals, getting approved for credit, or having bad credit, you can give us a call on 01565 880 880 and we can advise you on the best steps.

1. Choose your Vehicle

Use our site to browse our cars and deals. We can provide a quote on any car, any trim and with any available optional extras.

2. Get in touch

This is easy, you can either give us a call on 01565 880 880 or make an enquiry online and one of the team will be in touch.

3. Application

After a chat with one of our friendly account managers you'll be sent a quote for your chosen car and contract. If you're happy with the quote and wish to proceed you'll need to make an application for credit.

4. Approval

If your credit application is approved your account becomes credit loaded.

5. Car ordered/ secured

As soon as your account is credit loaded, we have the funds available to order your car from the factory or secure your car if it's in stock.

6. Legal contracts

As soon as your car has been ordered by our admin team, they'll be in touch with you. You'll be sent a number of legal documents which need to be signed and returned.

7. Cooling off period

As soon as all documentation has been signed, you'll receive an email from the finance company asking you to electronically sign a final document. As soon as you sign this document your cooling off period will start (a 14 day period of time where you're allowed to withdraw your order if you change your mind)  it ends 14 days from the date you signed the document.

NB: The cooling off period differs if you take out a business lease. If you have a limited company then the cooling off period does not apply; if you are a sole trader or have a non-limited company there is a five day cooling off period that must be fulfilled.

8. Delivery

This is the point where you get to take delivery of your brand new car. Deliveries can be made anywhere on the UK mainland free of charge (within 250 miles of our offices). On delivery there will be a professional handover allowing you to get to know your new car.

NB: If your delivery address is more than 250 miles from our offices, you will need to arrange travel to a mutually convenient location for pick-up. Alternatively, delivery to your specified address can be arranged for a charge which will be dependant on location and individual dealers.
