Terms and Conditions
The prices shown are monthly fees calculated with a one-month initial payment. Vehicles are available for nationwide delivery and collection charged at £10 within 150 miles. Delivery exceeding 150 miles is priced on application. All rental prices shown are advertised plus VAT, for a quote inclusive of VAT please call or enquire. All prices above are subject to change, prices quoted on enquiry are valid for 15-days.
Rental Fines and Fees
- Administration fees for changing documents, penalty notices or fines are charged at £30 plus VAT per change.
- Damage to the vehicle will be required to be repaired by the customer before the vehicle is returned. Any vehicle returned with damage will be subject to a £30 plus VAT administration charge plus the cost of the vehicle repairs and loss of earnings if applicable.
- Abortion of the rental 24 hours before delivery or collection is subject to a £125 plus VAT charge to cover the driver's expenses and travel.
- Lost keys are charged at £30 plus VAT and the manufacturers' fee for a replacement key.
- Vehicles are required to be returned with the same amount of fuel as delivered, refuelling is charged at Fleet News pump prices plus 50p per litre.
- Excess Mileage is charged at 2,800 miles per month, excess mileage is charged at 20p per mile.
Early termination of a vehicle rental may be subject to a cancellation charge that will be calculated on an individual basis.
