Why lease an Infiniti?

Infiniti is a Japanese car manufacturer which is owned by Nissan and aims to be the high-end arm of the company. The Infiniti brand launched in North America in 1989, and 26 years on it now sells its cars in 15 countries around the world. The brand aims to "build technology to enhance the drivers senses, striking design that demands a response and performance that makes you feel more alive". They're doing that by building cars that have a unique design and chunky bodywork which implies sturdy, strong and powerful movements.

The brand is slowly becoming more popular in the UK as the popularity of the Crossover SUV grows and now includes the QX30 and the QX70 models that fall loosely into that category.

So what's new this year?

Apart from the number of Infiniti cars on UK roads growing, there is just one new addition to the range - the Q60 Sports Coupe. This car is pioneering the market with Digital Adaptive Steering and Digital Suspension which is the first of its kind in the world, which allows you to steer quicker and smoother while the suspension constantly adapts to provide optimal comfort and agility. As well as that there is a new Bose Performance sound system with Advanced Staging Technology providing concert-like sound creating a wider soundstage. You have the option of a 2.0 litre or 3.0 litre turbocharged petrol engine that deliver 211bhp and 405bhp respectively, so you'll definitely get great power out of the car.

Infiniti have also recently secured their Partnership with the Renault Sport Formula 1 racing team for the 2016 season, with Infiniti contributing engineering resources to the Renault Energy F1 Power Unit's Energy Recovery System (ERS), which basically means that due to the racing car being a hybrid, it will need to recharge its fuel cells within the battery and ultimately Infiniti are contributing their expertise in streamlining and developing this area of the car.

Reasons to lease an Infiniti

Because the brand is so different from the manufacturers we're used to seeing on British roads, it's quite a buzz to drive a completely unique car from anyone else and that does not mean compromising on quality or reliability either. Infiniti cars are strong, safe and highly tuned cars that boast high quality interiors packed with all the latest technology you'd expect and more. The cars also hold their value very well due to their quality build, meaning you'll pay less to lease one than from other manufacturers and as well as that not only will you be paying less for that reason, you'll also be paying a fraction of what it costs to own one of these cars.
