Our offices were temporarily closed from March 23rd however we are pleased to confirm that some of the staff have now returned to the offices with limited employees and currently are undergoing phase one, which is to ensure all customers start to receive their vehicles at the earliest available opportunity. We would be grateful if you would advise how soon you require your vehicle.
If you have already received your vehicle or have had recent contact from one of our staff, please let me know and I will update our notes.
I have a vehicle on order - when will it be delivered?
As Government restrictions are only just being eased, the majority of dealerships are still closed but they are reopening slowly. We are unable to offer a delivery date until the dealerships are open and delivering.
We will be in touch with you as soon as we can offer a delivery date so please do not call for an update to avoid disappointment.
You, the customer, are our top priority, we want to deliver your car as soon as possible and will not delay in contacting individual customers when we have an update.
My car is due for collection
All collections are arranged via the finance company and their third party services and therefore All Car Leasing are unable to help with collections.
We urge you to make contact with your finance provider as soon as possible.
I want to order a new car
If you would like to lease a new vehicle with All Car Leasing we are happy to help. Please bear in mind that delays are likely when it comes to the delivery of the vehicle.
I want to extend my contract
If you are looking to extend your contract then get in touch with your finance company as soon as possible. All Car Leasing are not able to intervene with live or expired contracts.
