Car Leasing contract extensions are now one of the most popular ways to ensure you keep you vehicle within, or close to your original contract rental. Due to a recent increase in the cost of living, more and more people are looking at this option. Sadly, a high number of customers assume they can continue to use their vehicle past the agreement end, therefore creating an "Informal Extension"

Informal extensions are where you continue to use your vehicle without entering into an official agreement with your leasing company. This type of extension will become more and more scarce as leasing companies are moving away from these types of extensions and will request the vehicles be returned.

By entering into a formal agreement, your are able to extend your contract for either 6 or 12 months, and in most cases, your monthly rental payments may reduce. This is dependant on mileage and condition of your vehicle at the time of the request. You are also able to adjust the contract mileage at this time, subject to leasing company approval.

You also need to consider if you vehicle will still be covered by the manufacturer warranty. If not, we can hlpe you with that also.
